Update: Whole Band Attended Gavin’s Free Show At The Grove

How awesome for anyone else who attended! They were rumored to be the “special guest” that was performing… didn’t happen. It’s said from several fan reports that the whole band (including Gabe and Steve!) were there with their children to check out Gav’s free show at the Grove in Los Angeles. Ok. So they didn’t end up taking the stage. My friend thought they were taking the stage since Stephen and Gabe were there too. Gwen apparently looked like a princess in a white gown, and she managed to get several pics of her and the band. The band stayed in a fenced off VIP area with family, but were very close to the audience. Everyone was really well behaved when the band was getting ready to leave, but security was pretty tough about keeping people far away. Towards the end pretty much the whole band had kids in hand.

There was supposed to be a special guest onstage, but it didn’t happen. As far as the whole event went, apparently there was a signing at the Barnes & Noble and Gavin signed/took pics with everyone. The show happened afterwards. He played a decent set and even through some Bush songs in there. I’ll link you guys to the pics once my friend uploads them. Very cool for those lucky people who went.

Can’t wait to see photos! Eeeek! Apparently it was a madhouse for the paps this time.
