Gwen, Zuma, her assistant Pete, and sister-in-law were spotted out shopping at the Grove on Tuesday afternoon.
So… I didn’t want to mention anything since there hasn’t been any official word, but while I was in Claire’s last week picking up some of the new Harajuku Lovers stationary, the manager there told me that they were also getting in a Harajuku Lovers cosmetic line as well! She actually pulled out the look-book for the products, and even though they had a “Harajuku” look/theme… I don’t think they are actually Harajuku Lovers items.
But according to BSO fan Denise… they told her the same thing. Does anyone else know about this “cosmetics line from Harajuku Lovers?” They are said to be hitting shelves on Friday.
EDIT

Thanks to Amanda for sending in, apparently Harajuku Lovers jewelry is being featuring in Kitson’s weekly email advertising how they are getting the line first.

Thank you so much to Jessica for sharing with us, but more pieces from the new Harajuku Lovers jewelry line has hit nordstrom.com! More sets of earrings, charm braclets, and necklaces are available. Prices seem to be the same that were listed on shopkitson.com, ranging from $25.00 – $150.00.
And thanks to Christina for sending in, according to a sales rep for Macy’s down in the Los Angeles area, Macy’s are expecting thier shipment of the jewelry sometime this week! Apparently they have the Harajuku Lovers area set up already, so make sure you head down there and let us know what you see! More pieces are hitting stores every three months.

No Doubt.com — I am very excited about running in my first marathon! It will happen on March 21st in Los Angeles. I hope my knee holds up for 26 miles! Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Hollywood Life — To quote a fabulous line from an even more fabulous film – The Princess Bride – it’s “twue wuv” for Gwen Stefani and her husband, Gavin Rossdale. After seven years and two children – Kingston, 3 and Zuma, 1 – the gorgeous couple seems to be more in love than ever.
Gwen, 41, and her guy, 44, attended the UNICEF/Weinstein pre-Oscar fete at Soho House in Beverly Hills March 6, and “only had eyes for each other”, a fellow partygoer told HollywoodLife.com.
“They were so cute, and very, very, very romantic,” says the source, adding, “They are so in love and it’s rad. They were holding hands wherever they went, rarely letting go, and literally just stood there staring into each other’s eyes. They were utterly un-phased by all the celebrities at the party – it was like there wasn’t anyone else in the room at all.”
We want THAT kind of relationship. Now. Pretty please?

Music Rooms — The singer recently reunited with her band No Doubt, but also has her successful clothing line L.A.M.B. She also has several perfumes, but admits she struggles to get any help with beauty or fashion ideas when she is making music.
“My bandmates don’t care,” she laughed. “But their wives care! We talk about it all the time. I’m always testing them with perfume. But they guys, they’re like, ‘Let’s write songs.’ ”
Gwen debuted her latest range at the recent New York Fashion Week, and the edgy designs won rave reviews. The 40-year-old was thrilled with the reception it received, as it was one of her most personal to date.
“The biggest challenge is to make things that I really want to wear,” she explained to People magazine. “I always put things together that you wouldn’t think would go together. It’s a personality thing.”

HQ photos will be added later, but Gwen and Gavin attended the Montblanc Charity Cocktail To Benefit UNICEF that was hosted by the Weinstein company last night. Gwen looked stunning! The couple also posed for photos along side Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.
OMG — this is crazy! Thank you so much to Peter from PlayStation magazine for sending into us, check out this audio clip of Gwen in the studio lending her voice for the “Malice” video game that she was lending her voice to for PlayStation1. The game was eventually released by PlayStation2 and Xbox, but Gwen is not featured in the game. The clip above just has Gwen exclaiming wild things that obviously would have corresponded with the game. It’s too bad that the original version never saw the light of day. These were recorded back in 2001, you can read more on the game at playstationmuseum.com.
“I have lots of good memories of Malice. Mostly that it was a wildly overambitious idea.. that had a truly awesome tech demo that wowed a billion of people (that was being used to launch xbox).. but it got pulled around from Microsoft, and then from publisher to publisher and eventually, died a death and released on a “B” game label. The blame? Partly due to mismanagement on our part.. partly down to some of the team who were as creative as they were egotistical… partly due to overzealous publisher involvement – making wholesale changes that were unnecessary and unwarranted.. and partly just because it was too damn big a project to be done ‘at our own risk’ !
Malice definitely contributed to bringing down the company. I can’t blame all our woes on one game (far from it), but it sure sucked a lot of cash out of the company (millions!) and that can’t have helped.” Jez San, former Argonaut Games CEO

It’s finally arrived! Harajuku Lovers jewelry is now available on shopkitson.com, and to be honest, we are a little underwhelmed and surprised by the prices. All the jewelry listed on the site features the the girl characters, including some really cute G earrings and cute charm necklaces. The prices range from $20 (for a ring) up to $150 (for the necklace pictured above). Don’t get us wrong, they pieces are pretty cute, and we’re happy that the generic pieces that were featured in Seventeen magazine are not listed, but hmm. We’re thinking there will be more to come from the line since it’s been said that there will be new pieces every three months to keep the line fresh.
